Open for 6 weeks in the winter and then again in the summer, these programs focus on building strength and cardio endurance in a safe and supportive environment. BootCamp
These early morning classes (usually 6am) are designed to give you a full-body workout before you even start your day. Summer BootCamp includes running hills and circuit training, teamwork exercises, weights, strength, and cardio. Take and hour out of your day for a dynamic mix of exercises.

I know it's cold, but I'll keep you warm. A mid morning Sunday outdoor workout sounds fun! Each week, a new adventure of winter themed workouts. Lumberjack challenges, sledding, basketball drills and baseball spring training. Finish the season with a scavenger hunt and 5K finale.

Indoor Classes
Do you prefer AC, dry feet, and no bugs? Join me two times per week indoors at Lenox Fit for a group fitness class. Rise & Shine on Wednesdays at 5:30 am and Total Body HIIT & Sculpt on Thursdays at 5:30 pm. Upbeat, seriously challenging, and never the same workout twice.
