Do you prefer AC, dry feet, and no bugs? Join me three times per week indoors at Lenox Fit for a group fitness class. Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 am and Saturdays at 8:00 am. Upbeat, seriously challenging, and never the same workout twice.
